Leadership and Volunteer Experience

October 2016 - November 2019: Library Volunteer

Tredyffrin Public Library
Independently handled several media processing tasks.
Initiated several recurring community service and engagement events, including the annual Diwali celebration which involved around 100 people in 2018 and 400 people in 2019.
Was instrumental in involving local politicians in these events - State Senator Andy Dinniman, Rep. Melissa Schusterman, and School Board members attended in 2019.
Spearheaded a district-wide food drive, raising 2659 lbs of food for Philabundance through donations from families in every school in the district.

August 2018 - June 2020: Friends Fitness Program Peer Mentor

Youth Mentoring Partnership
Worked as a peer mentor to support underprivileged students work out and set academic, social, and physical SMART goals, while doing the same myself.
Motivated my mentee to improve his effort and discover the benefits of dedicating oneself to a goal, which had a positive influence on this student.
