CMUMaps
Started:
CMUMaps is a navigation web app for Carnegie Mellon University’s campus. It combines indoor and outdoor maps and navigation so that you will never get lost again on campus.
I served as the project manager for CMUMaps under ScottyLabs’ Labrador program, which incubates early-stage projects built by CMU students. In this role I led the team through the initial development and growth of the website, coordinating contributors, setting priorities, and guiding the product from an early prototype toward a polished, campus-ready tool.
After graduating, the project was officially released to the broader CMU community to great success, becoming a go-to resource for students navigating campus.
